Important: Payment features are currently disabled. Please do not attempt to make any payments or subscriptions at this time. Any payment functionality visible on the Platform is for testing purposes only and should not be used.

We will announce when the Platform is ready for public use and payments are enabled. Thank you for your understanding.

Introduction

Welcome to Itihasa Tattva. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Itihasa Tattva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Use of Platform

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Platform for personal, educational, and spiritual purposes. You may read, study, and share our content for non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without permission
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from our Platform

Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality

3. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Itihasa Tattva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The ancient texts (Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata) are in the public domain, but our translations, interpretations, presentations, and platform design are proprietary to Itihasa Tattva.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Platform may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Premium Subscriptions

⚠️ Note: Premium subscriptions and payment features are currently disabled during our testing phase. Please do not attempt to make payments at this time.

Premium features will be available through paid subscriptions once the Platform is publicly launched. By subscribing (when available), you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Our Platform provides access to ancient texts and interpretations for educational and spiritual purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of translations or interpretations for any particular purpose.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itihasa Tattva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
