Testing Phase Notice

Itihasa Tattva is currently in a testing phase. Payment features are disabled and subscriptions are not available at this time.

This refund policy will apply once the Platform is publicly launched and payment features are enabled. Please do not attempt to make any payments during the testing phase.

At Itihasa Tattva, we want you to be satisfied with your premium subscription. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for premium subscriptions.

We offer flexible cancellation options and fair refund policies to ensure a positive experience for all our users.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings on our website
  • Email request to itihasa.tattva@gmail.com

1.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. After the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to premium features.

1.3 No Partial Refunds

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, except as specified in our Refund Policy below.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions, not renewals.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase (automatic approval)
  • Technical issues that prevent access to premium features
  • Service unavailability or platform downtime
  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Other circumstances at our discretion

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at itihasa.tattva@gmail.com with your refund request
  2. Include your account email and order/payment details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

2.4 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of purchase (unless due to technical issues)
  • Renewal subscriptions (unless due to technical issues or service unavailability)
  • Refund requests made after the subscription period has ended
  • Refunds requested due to change of mind after the 7-day period

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly at itihasa.tattva@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
