Bhagavad Gita Chapter 7, Verse 30
साधिभूताधिदैवं मां साधियज्ञं च ये विदुः | प्रयाणकालेऽपि च मां ते विदुर्युक्तचेतसः ||
sādhibhūtādhidaivaṁ māṁ sādhiyajñaṁ ca ye viduḥ prayāṇakāle 'pi ca māṁ te vidur yuktacetasaḥ
Those who know Me as the governing principle of matter, the celestial gods, and sacrifice, such enlightened souls are in full consciousness of Me even at the time of death.
Krishna concludes Chapter 7 by describing those who know Him completely. 'Sādhibhūtādhidaivaṁ māṁ sādhiyajñaṁ ca ye viduḥ'—those who know Me as the governing principle of matter (adhibhuta), the celestial gods (adhidaiva), and sacrifice (adhiyajna). 'Prayāṇakāle 'pi ca māṁ te vidur yuktacetasaḥ'—at the time of death, they know Me with concentrated mind. This verse shows that those who know Krishna as everything—the material world, the celestial gods, and sacrifice—maintain that knowledge even at death. They're in full consciousness of Krishna at the moment of death, which leads to liberation. This verse concludes Chapter 7's revelation of Krishna's nature and the path to knowing Him.
