Arjuna begins speaking, describing what he sees in detail. 'Paśyāmi devāṁs tava deva dehe'—I see (paśyāmi) all the gods (devān) in Your body (tava dehe), O Lord (deva). 'Sarvāṁs tathā bhūta-viśeṣa-saṅghān'—and also all (sarvāṁs tathā) the groups of various beings (bhūta-viśeṣa-saṅghān). 'Brahmāṇam īśaṁ kamalāsanastham'—Brahma (brahmāṇam), the Lord (īśam), seated on a lotus (kamalāsanastham). 'Ṛṣīṁś ca sarvān uragāṁś ca divyān'—and (ca) all the sages (ṛṣīn sarvān), and (ca) divine serpents (uragāṁś ca divyān). Arjuna sees everything—all gods, all beings, Brahma, sages, serpents—all within Krishna's cosmic body. This shows the all-encompassing nature of the cosmic form: everything exists within it.
How this ancient wisdom applies to your daily life

This verse reveals that when you see the cosmic form, you see everything within it—all gods, all beings, all manifestations. Nothing is separate—everything exists within one cosmic body. When you expand your vision to see the cosmic unity, you see that all things are present within one reality. The cosmic form includes everything—not some things, but all things. When you see the bigger picture, you see that everything is contained within one cosmic reality.

What would change if you could see everything contained within one reality? Does expanding your vision reveal that all things are present within one cosmic body? How does seeing everything as contained within one reality change your understanding of separation?
