- 1Sit comfortably with spine straight and shoulders relaxed
- 2Rest both hands on your thighs or knees with palms facing upward
- 3On each hand, touch the tips of your ring finger and little finger (pinky) to the tip of your thumb
- 4Keep your index finger and middle finger extended straight and relaxed
- 5Form gentle circles with ring finger, pinky, and thumb
- 6Keep both hands in the same position
- 7Close your eyes and breathe deeply
- 8Focus awareness on the life force energy (Prana) within
- 9Visualize energy flowing throughout your body
- 10Hold for 5-15 minutes, feeling vitality increasing
Breathing Pattern
Breathe deeply and rhythmically. Inhale life force energy (Prana), exhale any weakness or fatigue. Feel energy flowing through your entire body with each breath.
