How to Practice
- 1Sit in a comfortable meditation posture with spine straight
- 2Bring your hands together in front of your lower abdomen
- 3Touch the tips of your ring fingers and pinky fingers together
- 4Keep other fingers relaxed and slightly apart
- 5Rest your hands in your lap or on your thighs
- 6Close your eyes and breathe deeply
- 7Focus awareness on the base of your spine (root chakra)
- 8Visualize a red glowing light at the base of your spine
- 9Hold the mudra for 5-15 minutes
- 10Feel yourself becoming grounded and stable
