- 1Sit comfortably with spine straight and shoulders relaxed
- 2Rest both hands on your thighs or knees with palms facing upward
- 3On each hand, touch the tips of your middle finger and ring finger to the tip of your thumb
- 4Keep your index finger and little finger (pinky) extended straight and relaxed
- 5Form gentle circles with middle finger, ring finger, and thumb
- 6Keep both hands in the same position
- 7Close your eyes and breathe deeply
- 8Focus awareness on the downward flowing energy (Apana Vayu)
- 9Visualize toxins and waste being eliminated from your body
- 10Hold for 5-15 minutes, feeling cleansing and purification

Breathe deeply and slowly. Inhale fresh energy, exhale toxins and waste. Feel cleansing happening with each exhalation.
