Krishna's Peace Mission
“The final peace attempt. When Krishna himself goes as envoy, even offering just five villages, will obstinacy finally yield? Or will the divine form be revealed?”
Story Summary
After all other peace attempts have failed, Krishna himself decides to go as the final peace envoy to Hastinapura. He arrives at the Kaurava court and addresses the assembly, offering a minimal peace proposal—just five villages for the Pandavas. However, Duryodhana remains obstinate, refusing even this minimal demand, declaring he will not give even a needlepoint of land. When Duryodhana attempts to capture Krishna, the divine form (Vishwarupa) is revealed, filling the entire court with awe and terror. All present witness the universal form, understanding Krishna's true divine nature. Krishna departs with a final warning, and the last diplomatic effort fails. War becomes inevitable, with no more options for peace remaining.
